How accurate are IMM models compared to traditional analytics?
For everyday practical use, IMM models are generally more accurate than traditional analytics. They incorporate granular signals like trending search volume, audience targeting, and auction competition—factors that traditional models typically overlook but are crucial for predicting short-term performance.
However, IMM models may be less accurate in predicting extreme outliers that are unique to a specific brand.
