Job Overview:

The Account Manager will serve as a technical support resource for clients to assist in the resolution of technical requests, involving: 3rd party integrations, in-app functionality, and feature requests.

Responsibilities:

-Serve as a technical support resource for clients to assist in the resolution of technical requests, involving: 3rd party integrations, in-app functionality, and feature requests
-Identify escalation routes and provide timely information to clients
-Creatively problem solve and create strategic and reusable solutions

Skills You Must Have:

-Affinity for problem solving and crafting creative, reusable solutions
-Strong communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people
-Exceptional organization, prioritization, and time-management skills
-Experience in MarTech/AdTech or a technical service environment not required but preferred
-BS/BA Degree or equivalent
